Model: Tapo C460 KIT Tapo H500

I would like to switch my C460 camera to 24/7 recording. I use a solar panel and H500 as storage. I don't have a microSD card. When I try to switch, I always get an error message: Error, try again later. Do you have any idea what the problem is and how I can solve it. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo C460 does not support enabling the 24/7 Capture feature when saving videos/images to the hub. To utilize the 24/7 Capture feature, it is recommended that you insert an SD card into the camera to store videos and pictures.

It's suggested that you keep an eye on the Tapo C460's firmware release notes published on our official website. These notes will inform whether the 24/7 Capture feature can be used when saving videos/images to the hub in future firmware updates.
