Steady solid red light.. reset not working. Static camera not moving at all
Hi,
Please try the following steps and check if they are helpful.
1. Please power on the camera with the original power adapter and cord.
2. Turn the camera off, wait for 5 minutes, then turn it back on and wait for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the camera responds to the reset operation and then displays a flashing red and green light, you can try reconfiguring it.
How to set up the Tapo camera
If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is still under warranty.
