Model: Tapo C210  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.6

Since yesterday no notifications are sent to the phone. Checked all settings in app - Always on notifications. Checked Android phone settings - Notifications are allowed.

Do not disturb is off.

Wi-Fi and cellular connection is on and working fine.

Any suggestions on a resolution?

Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your phone is unable to receive the camera's notifications.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
 

Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the above instructions do not help.
  1. Please send me a screenshot of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and a screenshot of the camera's Notifications page. 
  2. Enable the Alarm feature on the Tapo app and check if the camera will alarm when it detects events.
      How to configure the Alarm feature for Tapo Cameras on the Tapo app
  3. Go to the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon > your camera page to check if you can receive notifications when the camera detects events.
