After adding device of we go back from the app it is disconnecting and not showing device. Add device it's showing. And for mobile network also it's not opening.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't find your camera in the Tapo app after configuring it.
What can I do if I can't find my Tapo camera on the Tapo APP?
