How to check 10G backhaul speed on Deco BE95? Also, no response from official support
Hello everyone, I have a setup with three Deco BE95 units and I have a technical question.
How can I check the Ethernet backhaul connection speed between the units? I want to verify that they are negotiating a 10Gbps link, but I can't find this information anywhere in the Deco app or the web interface. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
On a separate but important note, I am trying to get help from official TP-Link support but I have received no answers. I have tried to contact them through every possible channel: the Deco app, email, and direct messages on the support website. I have already checked my spam/junk folder and there is nothing there. It's quite frustrating to have a flagship product and not be able to get any official support. Any help from the community on either the technical question or how to actually get a response from TP-Link would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, welcome to the community.
I'm afraid Deco App doesn't display the Ethernet connection speed between the main and satellite BE95 units.
It can be indirectly tested by connecting a wired laptop to the satellite BE95 if the PC is capable of 10Gbps links.
And there would be a notification when the Ethernet Connection speed falls below 1Gbps.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Ageed, I just moved from x20 to a BE65 and i have setup the back haul to use the 5gb ports. But i want to be sure i am getting this. There might be an issue (like a dodgy cable) that i need to replace. Feels like a very low hanging fruit to just show something, even if its just color coding the Ethernet icon.

@Palros I’m this close to selling all this garbage and getting an Asus. The amount of missing configurations is OUTRAGEOUS. You can’t even set up multiple VPNs, you can’t see Ethernet status or IP, you can’t diagnose connections, you can’t configure multiple WANs (even an old Asus 68U can!!!). You can’t see the internet status at a glance. It’s full of bugs—for example, even if you buy the VPN and set it up on the router, it constantly tells you to buy it again; it doesn’t detect if you’re a premium user and keeps recommending it. You can’t split connections, set custom bandwidth per client, split by channel, or select forwarding per client. You basically can’t do sh*t with this piece of garbage. I’m SOOOO upset, i bought three pairs of Deco 95, and I’m so frustrated, sad, and disappointed. I should have trusted my intuition and gone with Asus high-end mesh or Ubiquiti.

Perfect it's always best to post request there so other users can vote on them - Request for new options tend to get lost in the forums I'm afraid.
