H500 - "Storage" in the app suddenly greyed out and no recordings
I have been using the H500 for a few weeks, the central storage of camera recordings (for 9 cameras) worked fine, with a 500GB Intenso SSD in the H500 drive bay.
Today, I noticed that in the app, the Tapo Hub H500 tab no longer showed the "% used" info (it was 10% just before).
In the H500 interface, the "Storage" tab (next to "AI Empowerment") is greyed out and not accessible.
The cameras also had no recordings available, apart one camera where I had left in a SD card (it seems the cameras switch to recording to the SD card when the Hub storage no longer works, which is nice).
I thought there might be something wrong with the SSD that caused this, so I unplugged the H500 and removed the SSD. After reboot, the "Storage" tab is still greyed out, so the H500 doesn't even use the built in 16GB storage.
I unplugged the H500 several times and restarted the app, but it doesn't fix the problem.
