hi all, 

 

ive updated from my X50 to these Xe75 pro, understanding they had the same capabilities and more.  Did a clean installation since the migration wouldnt let me even use 6ghz...

 

ECO mode is unavailable, 

Internet Backup is not existing

CPU and Memory Activity dont show anymore (which i found useful)

 

these were supposed to be working in this model, am i the only one having these problems?

 

i might go back to my X50...

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

The current firmware of Deco XE75 Pro_1.2.14 Build 20241223 Rel. 16551 hasn't added ECO Mode/ Internet Backup, as well as CPU and Memory details in the Deco APP.

But if the Deco XE75 Pro is the main Deco, you should be able to use the 6GHz Band.

thanks for the answer.  online it states Eco Mode is available...

 

when are both feautres gonna be added?  i need to know if i return these and stick to the older x50

Eco mode is available for XE75 pro models that have a hardware version of 1 or 1.60, it's not available yet for your hardware version which is 2.0.

 

Your XE75 pro HW version 2 units are currently on firmware platform 1.7.0 & 1.8.0 as seen in the chart below, 

 

 

Eco mode wont be out for your model until they release firrmware 1.4.x 

 

 

So your deco is two platform versions behind right now. At some point the firmware will come out I just have no idea when

would uou suggest switching back to the x50 as the main router? since it seems far more updated than the one im currently using...

what about internet backup?

 

it still slips my mind why would you not launch new oeoduxts with those features already on them... makes no sense
