Hi.  I have four indoor cameras.  Two are working fine but two are offline.  I've reset, unplugged and deleted and added (one of them) and they fail to pair.  I get as far as connecting successfully to the internet.  Why would two work on the same router but not the other two?  Any suggestion would be grateful.

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to configure your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

In your situation, do you encounter the "Pairing failed" message when configuring the problematic Tapo C200?  What's the LED status on the camera when you see this message?

You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.

Best Regards
