Hi everyone, this is my setup:

 

 

                  -- cable rj45 --  DECOX50.             [GROUND FLOOR

ISP routeur 


                  -- cable rj45 -- switch -- DECOx50 [UPSTAIR]

 

 

I want my Deco X50 to be wired and has the full power for the second wifi upstair but it doesn't activate the wire mode (blackhaul if i have well understand) and stay in wifi mode...

 

Please help, i become crazy and trier for 3 hours now :)

I had to change to AP mode, everything working fine ! Thanks :)

Did you set Deco into "Access Point" mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation mode:

General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco

 

Can I also have the model number of the switch?
