Regarding set up of C-500
One firmware update has been received in my TAPO C500 camera. I click on update button. After that camera went on updation for 3 to 4 days. Due to above error, i reboot camera. Now camera light is off also showing offine. I try to reinstall but camera not responded.

Hi,
You can try the following steps if there is no light on the camera.
1. Please ensure the camera is connected to the original power adapter and cord that comes with it in the package.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
3. Try connecting the camera to a different power outlet.
4. Try connecting the camera to a different power adapter if you have one.
If the camera still can't be powered on, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
