Bought another 2 cameras and the view is distorted. I've not fitted them yet because of this but they are right next to the router. I've already got a C510W working perfect in the back garden, so not a WiFi issue. I've got footage but can't see an option to share

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't view the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
 

Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the phenomenon persists.

1. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

 

2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please check the firmware version, and tap the Wi-Fi icon to check the RSSI value.

 

3. On the Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, which option have you selected?
