Hi, did you see any relevant blocking history under the Parental Control profile insight?

Or have you noticed any suspicious records under Network Security?

 

If nothing related, you can try to add the domains to the whitelist under Network Security>Malicious Content Filter:

Hi David, i didn't find anything (related to microsoft teams in there) and if the devices connected to wifi with old profiles it will pop up an icon in WIFI like below and can't connect to microsoft services such as Windows Update and Microsoft Store.

If the devices are removed from the Parental Control profiles, are they able to access Microsoft services?

 

After 1.9.0, there is also a new 1.9.1 version. Please also try to manually update to this firmware first:

Deco M5(EU)_V3.20_1.9.1 Build 20250909

Hmm,is it true downgrade to firmware back to 1.7.8 not possilbe for Deco M5 (v 3.2) ?

Hi, yes, the firmware 1.9.0/1.9.1 can't be downgraded back to 1.7.8 directly via the web interface.

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

What hardware versions do you refer to?

Both Deco X60_V1 and V2 have the firmware updated. V3 and above already supported Advanced Parental Control features.

Why can I no longer access and change the parental controls I have set up prior to you changing this to a paid service? I'm currently unable to amend the time limit settings affecting my daughters phone which was previous free to do. I'm also interested to know why you have not notified you customer sin advance prior to making this change. Its very poor customer service and doesn't show you about your customers experience. Super Disappointed.......
