Model: TL-MR6500v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 210812 Rel.51351n

I use a Jio SIM for my TP-Link 4G telephony router (TL-MR6500v). The router used to serve internet all right before, but I had to use the SIM on my Moto Edge 50 Neo, after which the router stopped connecting to IPv4 connection. Still, IPv6 works fine, result of which I can connect to the internet on my laptop. On my phone, I can connect to the wireless all right, but I get no internet connection.

I have tried changing PDP Mode to IPv4 only, factory resetting the router and putting the SIM back into the phone and resetting mobile network settings. Nothing has worked till now. What can i further try to fix this issue? Is IPv6 tunneling a possible solution? Let me know if any other details are required

  @Dan153

Hi, welcome to the community.

Thank you very much for the feedback.

I think it might still be related to the 464XLAT issue:  464XLAT Support on TP-Link 4G/5G routers for Jio/EE/Optus/Vodafone and other SIM carriers

I'd like to follow up on your case via email and consult the senior engineer for further assistance.

Please check whether you can receive my email.

Best regards.
