C460 Power Data
Hi,
I have a C460 with solar panel, for the last few days it has stopped giving any battery or solar data. It displays 100% but has not displayed that it is charging all losing any power.
I have checked software, restarted, taken the cable out and reinserted etc but to no avail.
I also have a C425 with same set up which is working fine.

If the Tapo C460 is connected to a solar panel and the battery level is always 100%, it is likely that the solar panel is charging the camera. If you want to view the battery or solar data, go to the camera's Device Settings > Battery Status page.
If the camera's battery or solar data is abnormal, please send us the screenshot of the Battery Status page (ensure the Solar Charging Data is on, select Past 7 Days, and send us the screenshots of the Battery Level, Battery Usage, Time of Use, Wake-up Times, and Solar Energy Output charts) for further analysis.
