How do I connect my Tapo C211 camera to a NAS service with the RTSP protocol on an external network?

I followed all the directions by assigning static IP and activating the account, but when I enter the protocol RTSP://[username]:[password]@IP:[port]/[percorso_video]

with IP= static IP address; port= 554; percorso_video= Stream1
