  @ImtiazAli bro. You were saying that the US version does not support Global/EU but look at what happened in the case of Deco. X10/1500. It is a US version purchased from Bangladesh. It supports both US/EU versions. If you look at the firmware of X10, did it not create discrimination with Deco X50?... with us...!?

Hi, I truly understand your frustration, but unfortunately, I am unable to address this issue directly. It has already been reported to the senior engineers. However, the firmware release needs time for programming and testing. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated.

 

Furthermore, even Deco X50_V1 hasn't added Channel/Channel width Selection, which appears to be the main reason you're asking for a firmware upgrade. Deco X50_V1.3_1.2.10 has already supported many advanced features, such as VPN Server/Client, IOT Networks, Connection Preference, as well as HomeShield APP Block/App Time Limits.

 

If possible, it would be highly suggested to reach out to the local support team for further assistance. If there are no updates regarding the new firmware, they may be able to assist you with a replacement or exchange within the warranty period.
