You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon occurs.
1. What's the model number of your router? Can your router provide a stable connection?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI value is less than -60 dBm, please move the camera closer to the router and check if it works fine.
3. Will the camera restore the connection if you don't reboot it?
4. When did you buy the camera? When did the offline phenomenon start to occur?
