Hi 

I'm using the Tapo C210 and it's working fine on my iPhone 13 Pro 
I shared it to my wife's iPhone 14 Pro and it's worked fine for months. 
Today it shows the camera as "offline"

The camera isn't offline as I can view it LIVE. 

I tried deleting camera on the IPhone 14 Pro, resent share from my iPhone. 
Accepted the share request on my wife's iPhone but it still shows "offline" 

I've rebooted the iPhone, rebooted router, power cycled iPhone and camera. 
All firmware on camera is up to date. 
iPhone software up to date. 
Still shows camera offline. 
 

The only thing I haven't tried is deleting Tapo app on my wife's iPhone but that will be the next step.  
 

So in a nutshell the camera works on my iphone but not hers. 
Any ideas?

Usually, you're able to view the camera on your wife's iPhone now.
