On October 20, 2025, users subscribed to the Tapo/Kasa Care service have no video clips stored on our cloud server due to an outage in AWS cloud services. Some other cloud based services may also be affected.

To prevent future occurrences of cloud service outages from causing important video clips to be inaccessible, you can consider the following tips to save video clips locally:
