We recently bought a TAPO 200 but the PAN is not working when trying to do it horizontally. We tried basic troubleshooting but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion on other options? Could we ask if it's possible fo a replacement?

You can refer to Q6 in the following instructions to troubleshoot if you can't pan the camera.
General questions about the TP-Link camera's Pan & Tilt feature
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please let me know the result of each step.

Hi,
If you have tried all steps in Q6 of this thread but the camera still can't pan in the Tapo app, you can contact your retailer or our local support team to check if your camera is under warranty.
