Issue in moving horizontally
We recently bought a TAPO 200 but the PAN is not working when trying to do it horizontally. We tried basic troubleshooting but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion on other options? Could we ask if it's possible fo a replacement?

Hi,
If you have tried all steps in Q6 of this thread but the camera still can't pan in the Tapo app, you can contact your retailer or our local support team to check if your camera is under warranty.
