I have a Tapo device in a barn on a farm pointing at horses which I want to stream 24/7 

I have the camera connected to 1 x ssid and a monitor with the Tapo app installed in the farmhouse connected to another ssid. 
 

I can't use rtsp as I don't have admin access to the WiFi networks as it's community installed agricultural WiFi. (Not owned by us) 

my issue is - on the screen every hour or so I get a 'refresh' button and the feed has stopped. 
 

I think this is because it's stopping continuous streaming to save bandwidth but I have u limited bandwidth and want to steam constantly to the monitor in the house. 
 

any ideas welcome ! Or is there a different camera model that will allow this ?
