Cannot get the camera to connect to my WiFi.  I have tried bringing the camera to my router, which worked for a previous Tapo camera.  I have tried downloading the app on to my IPad to try and get the connection that way. Nothing. Cannot get the Tapo network to show on either my phone or IPad.  Ready to throw in the towel and send it back. Anyone got any ideas?  I did factory reset it and before that did a wireless reset.

Hi,  
Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to set up the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

In your situation, please provide detailed information for further analysis.
  1. What's the camera's model number and hardware version?
  2. What's the system LED status on the camera? When you press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, does the LED status change? What's the LED status after resetting?
  3. Please remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, and power on the camera with the original power adapter and cord.
