Dear Support.

I bought Tapo C200C camera 1 month ago and since then i'm experiencing frequent disconnections.

- The led is always green

- the camera is connected to a a tp-link router WR841N. It is a secondary router in my apartment.

- When i open the tapo App the video is not working and i need to restart the camera via app everytime to make it working. It does not matter if i'm in the apartment or outside

 

Would you be so kind to clarify the issue and provide directions for resolution?

Hi,  
From your description, the camera does not have a disconnect issue, but fails to load the live view page. You can follow the instructions below to see if they help.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
