Setting up the camera which is flashing green and red. When I select the Tapo camera to choose the network I get the message 'unsecured network no internet connection'. Have checked the password many times as instructed, moved the router as close as it will go to the camera (on the wall outside), turned everything off and back on many times and started again but still no success. Internet connection is strong - checked near router and camera. Any suggestions how we can get this to pair?

You can follow the instructions below to set up your camera.
How to set up the Tapo camera

Please pay attention to "Configuration > Step 3 & Step 5" in the above instructions. Usually, your phone needs to connect to the camera's default SSID (an unsecured network with no internet connection) first, then it can find the camera in the Tapo app and guide it to connect to your router's Wi-Fi.

Tapo camera does not support an unsecured Wi-Fi network. If your router's 2.4G Wi-Fi network is unsecured, please secure the router's Wi-Fi before configuring the camera.
