Hi,
The TC82 can connect to the Wi-Fi directly and does not need a hub to work. If you need instructions to set up the camera, please refer to the article below.
How to set up the Tapo camera
If you have a Tapo hub, please send us the hub's model number. Then, please provide a detailed description of your usage scenario and the phenomenon you experience for further assistance.
