C210 camera not able to connect with app
While connecting first time, only red and blue light is blinking, but not able to connect. No network showing in my tapo application

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please confirm the following information if you still can't find the router's Wi-Fi network during configuration.
1. What's the model number of your router?
2. Do the router's 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz use different Wi-Fi names? What's the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel?
3. Please go to your phone > Settings > Wi-Fi page to check if you can see the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi here. If so, can you also find other 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks?
