Wifi setting is blankMain deco kitchen X50


 

Hi. I just switch my main deco from X10 to X50. And I cannot change or access wifi setting and guest network. It just shows blank. But the existing SSID and password still exist. Any advice?

If possible, a factory reset can also fix this issue immediately.
