Hugh problem to reconnect a TP-Link C310 / C325WB

Nachdem eine C310 funktionierte, verschwindete sie ständig wieder in der App. DAnn versuchte ich die Kamera zu resetten und wieder am Router anzumelden.

Jetzt geht überhaupt nichts mehr. Erster SChritt klappt, die Kamera wird erkannt, wenn lokal verbunden mit KAmera. Dann wird das Netzwerk angezeigt mit 4 Balken, bester Empfang, da auf dem Router. Dann PAsswort eingeben, weiter, dann warten... warten.. warten... dann heisst es, Netzwerk nicht gefunden...

Ehrlich, ein totaler Mist!! Schon 3h versucht.

Gleiches Problem mit einer brandneuen Kamera C325WB...

Alle anderen WLAN Geräte wie Handy, sogar Shelly Schalter - alles geht - nur die TAPO Webcams sind sehr instabil mit dem Router...

Wenn ich mit LAN Kabel dann verbinden muss, das prima klappt, heisst das x Meter Kabel irgendwo verlegen - das ist doch nichts!!! Ehrlich!!!

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information.
1. Are your router's 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks using the same Wi-Fi name and password? If so, please try setting the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi name to a different one and ensuring the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel is between 1 and 11.

2. Please ensure your router does not have special settings, such as firewall rules, MAC Filter, etc., that may block the camera from connecting.

3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
