I don't see my Tapo C72 recording anything for the last 16 hours. I have an active TapoCare subscription. Please help.

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What's the MAC address of your camera? You can send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
 

  2. What's the LED status on the camera? Can you control the camera remotely in the Tapo app?
  
  3. Have you received detection notifications on your phone for the last 16 hours?
