Over the last two days one of my smart actions has stopped working.

It's been happily working every day for over a year, and nothing has changed.

 

The only trigger is the time of day, which is to execute it at 6:am. There is no entry in the log for this action.

 

What's going on?

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your smart action entries are not working.
What can I do if the Smart Action/Automation doesn't take effect as expected?
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What are your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware versions? 
  2. What's the LED status on your camera? Can you control it remotely? Does it display the correct date and time on the live view page?
  3. Please send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
  4. What's the name of the smart action entry? If the trigger is the time of day, what's the action?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have two cameras controlled by this action, and the signal strength is good for both. One is -46 and the other -66. Both cameras are TC60. The hardware version of both is 4.0 and the firmware version 1.4.2. Both can be controlled remotely and the LED status is solid green. The action that's failing is "Indoor cameras OFF" and the trigger is at 06:00 am every day. I'm sending you a PM now with the MAC addresses. Thanks Samo

Good morning,

 

The action worked today. Nothing on my end of things changed so I suspect this is some sort of server issue.

 

We'll see what happens tomorrow

Hi, 
We have not received any notifications or feedback regarding any abnormalities in our cloud server recently, and I believe it is functioning normally. If your automation entry is working now, we suggest testing it for a while first, particularly, paying attention to the camera's online status and whether the automation entry is enabled.
