Hi,

I missed downloading the recorded video on November 7th. Today it turned 31st after the video was recorded.

Is there any chance for downloading/rewatching the old record?

Please assistance with this issue, the record is very importnant for me. Thank you.

Hi,
It's impossible to restore the cloud video clips created 31 days before.
Typically, after you subscribe to the Tapo Care Premium plan, the camera's detection video clips can be stored on our cloud server for up to 30 days. After that, the video clips will be deleted automatically and can't be restored.
