:(
You can try resetting it using the physical button on the back of the Deco; maybe that will work.

Very good update on my deco be65 v2.
out of curiosity: disabling QoS ( I don't need really, it's only a workaround for bufferbloat problem) , if i run speed test (6 ghz) with iphone 17 pro max download 1.3 gbps / upload 500 (full). With Ipad M2 download 1.0 gbit / upload 173 (poor). Enabling Qos download speed gives results around 900 mbit and upload around 500 (maximum on my profile DL 2.5/ UL 500).
Thanks

holding the reset button only removes the settings not the firmware.
I have done lots of testing and I believe the update has confused the unit. It believes it is using wireless backhaul but when I removed the network cable from the switch it goes offline which tells me it was using wired backhaul. I think the update has completely disabled the wireless radios because if I do a reset the only way I can add it back in the app is if I connect it directly with a cable. I just ordered a new unit and will be sending the broken on back.

Yes, I know, I mentioned it so you could try reconnecting the problematic device to the network, either wired or wirelessly, and updating its software.
