I never said I accidentally updated the firmware. In fact like I told support I received a notification on my phone that there was an available update. I simply approved the update and moved on. After my issues started I came online and notice via this forum that the BE65-Outdoor wasn't even listed under this update. In fact I have 3 of these same units that had the update applied to them and all 3 act the sameway. After returning all 3 and getting units with 1.0.0 they all work as they should. So yes my issues were caused by this firmware update.

Similar issues were still present in the last version you sent.
However, while reviewing the settings, I noticed that SIP ALG was enabled. After doing some research, I concluded it was unnecessary and disabled it.
Once I disabled this setting, the problem was resolved; I am now getting high speeds consistently. I have a smoother connection and more stable ping.
For example, during speed tests in the Speedtest app, my ping values were very inconsistent. During both download and upload, the results were as follows:
-
Idle Ping: 4ms
-
Jitter: 1
-
Ping Under Load: 6 - 200 - 28 - 65 - 7 - 300 - 16 - 140 - 90 - 10 etc.
After disabling SIP ALG:
-
Idle Ping: 4ms (same)
-
Ping Under Load: 12 - 13 - 14 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 13
-
Jitter: 0
I hope this helps in understanding the issue.
I will continue testing.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
I see the 1.2.10 firmware is in the release process, but this version is only available for Deco BE65_V2. It is rather unexpected that the firmware was automatically pushed to Deco BE65-Outdoor_V1. I'll consult the senior engineer to see if I can find more details.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Thanks for the update.
This could be the second thing that surprised me today. I didn't realize that "SIP ALG" might affect the upload speed in some ways.
SIP ALG is designed to resolve SIP protocol compatibility issues in NAT environments. However, due to uneven implementation quality, it may introduce unintended side effects such as excessive bandwidth consumption or performance bottlenecks. We might have one of them.
I'll wait for your further testing results.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
The wireless speed on the main Deco is usually faster than the speed from the satellite unit.
But if the overall network bandwidth and wireless capacity of the mobile devices are far below the wireless capacity of the Deco units, the wireless transfer loss among Deco units could be ignored.
Apart from the wireless speed, are you able to test the Ethernet connection speed from both units?
By the way, did most of the mobile clients connect to the main Deco?
Best regards.

Hello again,
I've noticed I've used about 25% of my internet data so far :)
Since changing my settings (SIP ALG disabled) last night, I haven't experienced any speed drops or stuttering throughout the day during my tests.
All my devices connect without problems and I can see maximum speeds.
My average speeds are D930 / U920

After digging into my issues I can confirm that the 'NO' internet connection is linked to the 2.5gbit port of the be65 pro. When it happens, switching the Ethernet backhaul to the 5gbit port and internet come back immediately.

@David-TP Are there any release notes for what has been fixed in the 1.2.10? The main problems I'm experiencing with BE65 V2 are
- Devices reporting "Incorrect Password" and regularly failing to login. Sometimes having to forget network and reconfigure.
- CAT 7 backhaul speeds dropping from 900 to 70 and even 40 today. Unplug/replug CAT 7 temporarily fixes the issue. No idea what triggers the slow down again.
The others issues are with the Android App having amnesia. Having to kill it off and reopen it and it works fine.
Thanks, Cam
UPDATE: It only took 10-15 mins and the backhaul speed has already dropped back to 90Mbps and the app shows the warning of low backhaul speeds.

Hi, welcome to the community.
I think you can try to install the latest 1.2.10 firmware first. The firmware release notes can be found in the OP:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/851568
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
