Je suis connecté depuis un an, mais on me demande un autre accès ,je ne retrouve pas mon tp-link ID

Hi,
1. If you have a phone logged in to the Tapo app, please go to the Tapo app > Me > View Account page to see the TP-Link ID (the TP-Link ID is in email format).
If you do not remember your TP-Link ID password, please refer to the instructions below to set a new one.

2. If no device(phone or tablet) has logged into the Tapo app and you don't remember your TP-Link ID, to continue managing the camera, it's recommended to create a new TP-Link ID to log into the Tapo app. Then, factory reset the camera and reconfigure it to bind to the new TP-Link ID.
