Camera connects to wifi but stuck on pairing
I have 2 new Tapo C120 Cameras that connects to the wifi network but won't pair - please help !
I already have the same camera operating in my garage with no problem so I am at a loss as to why these won't pair

What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Camera?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. What's the model number of your router?
2. What's the LED status on the camera when the error message appears in the Tapo app during configuration?
3. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up.
