Please confirm the following information if the phenomenon persists.
1. Is your phenomenon that the camera can't detect your router's Wi-Fi, or your phone can't connect to the camera's default SSID?
2. What's the model number of your router?
3. Do you have a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz Wi-Fi from the router?
4. Whether your other devices, such as phones and laptops, can connect to the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to work?
