Camera seems to be operating but it's not giving me any video feed in the app. I have updated all firmware and app version. Even deleted and reinstalled the app. Display just goes to 'tap to refresh'

What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone?
2. What's the Tapo app version installed on your phone? You can go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to check.
3. What's the LED status on the camera?
4. List the results of each step in this thread.
