I installed the beta firmware and I am happy to report that my client list has returned both in the app and in the web browser, see screenshots below.
I will note that the client list in the web browser seems to include offline clients also, which pushes my client list total to 126 instead of the 68 seen in the app. I don't recall the web browser client list showing that way in the past so might be something to look into. I replied to the email thread with TP Link engineer also.

@rollthedice I do recall the web interface showing all devices, even if not currently connected. I've also had intermittent issues with some devices not showing up.
Wonder @David-TP if it would be possible to offer that updated beta 1.3.1 here for limited additional testing.

Looking at that beta file name, does it indicate its only for the V3 version of the BE65?

Hi, thank you very much for the message.
The 1.3.1_build_6040312_rel.43141 is for Deco BE65/BE63/BE11000_V2/V2.6, not V3.
I'll check with the senior engineers to see if this version is suitable for open sharing and testing.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.
