I'm assuming that firmware version v1.3.1 isn't ready for broader distribution yet, hence why it isn't available for people to download themselves?

Hi,
The new official firmware will be released in the near future; it's recommended to wait for the official firmware to be released to your Deco nodes.

Hi,
Firstly, it's recommended to refer to this post to download and upgrade the firmware (1.3.0_build_2602261_rel_21001_Beta) to see if it helps.
Please provide more details about the reported phenomenon if it persists.
1. What's your Deco's model number? How many Deco nodes do you have? Please describe your network diagram.
2. If the Ethernet backhaul does not work between two Deco nodes through a switch, please try different Ethernet cables and use different ports on the Deco and switch to see if it helps.
3. If the 5 GHz Wi-Fi devices randomly disconnect, are they disconnecting from Wi-Fi, or are they connected to Wi-Fi but have no internet? How do you restore the connection?
4. Are the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi devices working fine?
Best Regards

@Solla-topee thank you for your response! yes that's the firmware i'm now running.
Setup is as follows:
Deco BE65v2 -> 2.5G link -> Mikrotik CRS304-4XG switch -> 10G link -> Mikrotik RB5009UPr+S+ router <- 2,5G link <- Deco BE65v2
Both BE65 units are connected via eth1 but can reach each other via wifi.
There's also a XE75v2 running 1.4.99 connected to the Mikrotik router via a TP-Link PG1200 PLC KIT, this unit does not have wifi connectivity with the BE65 units.
BE65 node which is not the master one (connected directly to the router), often switches to wireless backhaul and does not recognize eth connectivity. I tried all four ports on both units, and after a while it just happens. The timeframe is not consistent and it can range from a few hours to 2-3 days.
I usually know the backhaul flipped to wireless when I suddently experience wifi performance issues and clients complaining they're not connected to the internet despite showing as connected and with a valid IP; this happens to 5 adn 6ghz clients - I don't see the same behavior impacting 2.4g clients but perhaps it's due to their nature (home appliances and iot vs mobile and laptop clients). Note that my network has around 30 connected wireless hosts.

Hi,
Are the two Deco BE65 and an XE75 in the same Deco network? Which Deco is the main one? Have you set your Deco to AP mode?

@Solla-topee thanks for following up, apologies this all felt implicit .
the deco that is connected via the switch is the main one, yes all are on the same one network and yes, operating in AP mode with NAT, DHCP and everything else managed by the router

I understand that you do not have dates but for 1.2.10, the be 65 pro version was out at the same time as the two units only differs by the speed of ethernet ports.
I still have issues with 1.2.10 like someone here as on his be 65, like connected to internet with no traffic and so on.
Can you just ask the senior dev if a similar firmware version for be65 pro can be built ?
In France, the latest available version of the firmware is Deco BE65 Pro(EU)_V1_1.2.0 Build 20250718 Téléchargement pour Deco BE65 Pro | TP-Link France
I also invested a lot of money in going to BE65 Pro with MLO not working and internet instability...

I'd like to report a disconnection issue in this version. Could you please provide me with version 1.31? The connection drops for a few minutes and then returns to normal; this is the third time I've experienced this.
