Ma caméra reste bloquée
Ma caméra est installée lorsqu'elle détecte quelqu'un à la fin de la détection, elle vient se bloquer totalement à droite et ne reprend pas sa position initiale
J'ai déjà essayé de la supprimer et de la réinstaller et de la redémarrer plusieurs fois

What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
Is the phenomenon that the camera does not return to the correct position after tracking? If so, is the camera position shifted in the horizontal or vertical direction?
Whether rebooting the camera or tapping Pan & Tilt Correction in the Tapo app will correct the camera's position?

Bonjour, la caméra après avoir détecté au lieu de se remettre à sa place initiale. Elle va totalement se bloquer à l'horizontale vers la droite et quand j'appuie sur les points de vue enregistrés, ça ne fonctionne pas. Le système est mis à jour

1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version? You can find them on the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
2. Please go to the camera's live view page and use the phone's Screen Recorder feature to record a video that shows the reported phenomenon. Then send us the video for further analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
3. Please confirm whether rebooting the camera or tapping Pan & Tilt Correction in the Tapo app will correct the camera's position.

@Solla-topee je vous ai envoyé le lien en message privé de la vidéo.
Ma caméra se bloque uniquement quand le suivi est activé c'est au moment où elle se remet en place qu'elle ne se replace pas à sa position initiale. Elle va se bloquer totalement vers la droite. Or à cette position-là il y a un mur donc je perds de la visibilité.
j'ai tout essayé de remettre à jour de la supprimer de la réinstaller, et même quand on clique sur les boutons de position enregistrer, cela ne fonctionne pas
La version du logiciel est la1.1.7

I still do not see your camera's model number in this thread. In the Tapo app, please go to your camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, find the camera's model number and MAC address, and send them to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
