BE85 with Briant broadband full fibre
I have just upgrade to the BE85 duo and after 3 days i still cant connect to internet, if i plug old system back in it works instantly.
the app refuses to work once it get to checking internet and goes red at that point the app fails
please help

It is very likely to be an incorrect internet connection type.

I am with briant broadband and the do use PPPOE
i have my user name and password from the router they sent me
it worked fine with the linkseys but i upgraded to the be85 and just cant get them to connect
and at the moment i have the working through the router supplied but want to connect to my ont directly with Ethernet cable

I can't find many configuration details about the Briant broadband full fibre. I'm still uncertain what the problem might be.
By the way, I saw on Reddit that users mentioned Briant Broadband typically provides a TP-Link EX820v router. Is this the ISP router that you wish to be replaced by Deco BE85?
