My Samsung phone recently stopped working although it did allow me to do a transfer.
My problem is that although I appear to be logged in the cameras do not show, I tried to add them but it tells me they are already connected.
So frustrated!

Hi,
If the Tapo C200 has a solid green light but does not appear in the Samsung phone > Tapo app after you log in, it may be because you have logged in to the Tapo app with a TP-Link account that is not bound to your camera.

 

If you have another phone that can control your camera in the Tapo app, please go to the phone > Tapo app > Me > View Account page to find the correct TP-Link account. Then you can log in to the Tapo app with this account on the Samsung phone to manage your cameras.
