Hi,
Please double-check your camera's model number; we do not have a model Tapo B303. Usually, you can find the camera's model number and MAC address on the label stuck on it. The default SSID of the camera is Tapo_Cam_XXXX (the last 4 letters of the MAC address).

You can press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. After that, wait for 2 minutes, and when the camera's LED is flashing red and green, go to your phone's Settings > Wi-Fi page to check if the default SSID appears.
