Disconnect from Internet
I purchased my C720 v1 smart camera 19th March 25 and it was installed by my electrician. Initial set up was brilliant and it has worked for 12months without a hitch.
Over night on 19th March the camera disconnected from the Internet. I have tried multiple times to reconnect..done a reset, unplugged to reboot everything the troubleshooting has suggested..I removed it from my app ( I have multiple Tapo devices - none of which has a problem) and tried to add it back..no joy !!
It is flashing red and green ready for set up..It says it is connecting to the Internet and then it goes to "pairing" But it still just flashes red and green and tells me the set up has failed..
Nothing has changed since it was working fine ..I have no idea what to do next..Any ideas please
