Hello, I was updating the software for my Tapo C320WS when it got stuck. The device is now unresponsive with a slow-blinking red LED, and a factory reset does not work. Could you please guide me on how to fix this and provide a direct download link for the firmware? I've already contacted local TP-Link support, but they wouldn't provide the file. Thanks in advance!"

Hello,

Welcome to the community, and thank you for clearly describing the situation with your Tapo C320WS.

If the camera’s LED is slowly blinking red, this usually indicates that the camera is attempting to connect to the Wi‑Fi network. In this situation, we recommend waiting a short while to see whether the connection completes successfully.

If the camera remains in slow red blinking and does not come online, we suggest performing a factory reset and then setting up the camera again in the Tapo app:How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

If issue still persists after resetting, try manual firmware upgrade with a microSD card or web emergency firmware recovery (varies by model): What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

Best Regards.
