I was able to resolve the issue of severely degraded internet performance after upgrading to version 1.3.2. The behavior was unusual—the internet connection remained active, but speeds were extremely slow, and the Deco app's Internet Speed Test function was unable to run.

 

Although I am not using a VPN, I followed the suggestion in this thread (BE65 – OpenVPN Client Connects but No Internet (Firmware 1.3.2 Build 26040912 Rel. 40631) - Home Network Community) and disabled QoS. This immediately resolved the issue.

 

I hope this finding helps others who may be experiencing the same problem.

  @jvrss Lucky, I can't even get to the page to change the firmware. My Deco are pretty much bricked.
