I also have problems with the NE211-outdoor gateway, and one of them is updating the firmware, or rather, the process itself.
The gateway software does not provide the ability to check (and update) the firmware by connecting a third-party device. At least, I couldn't. In router and bridge mode, the gateway does not see an active connection implemented through the Archer AX55, even though it is connected to it.
The problem remains unresolved. And it seems to be happening here (NE210) and there.
And by the way, I have a different firmware build, a newer one.
