Model E4R

If I set time limits to 2 hours and 2 hours are used, the next day it will still say 2 hours and prevent access.

I have checked the systems time settings and they are correct.

I have also checked for Firmware updates and no upgrades are available (Your software is up to date!)

It doesnt even seem to know what day of the week it is. 

Weekends and weekdays are confused / ignored.

Any advice would be appreciated.
