Hello.
Daylight savings was enabled earlier and after it took place in my country (GMT+3)
my internet turned on 1 later than it should. It is set to turn off at 10PM and turn on
at 5AM but it turns on at 6 AM. Latest firmware is installed.

I found a similar thread here.
As suggested by Kevin, you can enable Daylight Saving to observe if the bedtime will take effect as expected.
BTW, when did this issue start to happen?

Started happening after daylight saving time took place in my country. Apparently daylight savings setting does not work. Kevin's suggestion did not help.

I think so. They may just need to confirm the specific settings on the router, and they won't change other settings in your network or computer.
