deco x20 red light occasionally
My deco turns occasionally to red and during that time no internet is available from deco eventhough my main router is having stable internet conbnection
i have connected decos both wirelessly and wired same problem repeats
the redlight stays on fr about 2 mins and then again connection is restored and green light comes back and the cycle repeats
I have done resetting of decos and main router multiple times and the problem still persists and i have tried both accesspoint mode and modem mode
somebody please help I have added the video of the same

Is that the main Deco in the video?
Please try to replace a new Ethernet cable between the main Deco and ISP Router first.
It is also suggested to set a new Deco X20 as the main Deco:
How to replace the main Deco with another Deco
Are you able to constantly reproduce this issue in a short time?

@techiedoc I hope that you have resolved the issue by now. But for someone who stumbles on this issue, for me, it was the power brick. I used a third-party Power adapter with the same configuration, and it seems to resolve the issue for me.

i tried all 3 as main deco it will come green occasionally but most of the time its red @David-TP

Having The same problem with the x50 poe (3 units in ap mode) tplink poe switch and a tplink dsl router
about once or twice a day i get red lights on all 3 even though the router is still connected to the internet stable
Any ideas anyone? ive tried changing the main deco but still keeps happening
is there any possibillity of a dhcp clash in ap mode with the main router?

@benjamin24 No idea.When I changed adapter to a vigi camera one it fixed my issue for few weeks now again I have the same issue
